In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Conduct food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspections. * Conduct inspection, sampling, and shipment of hydrobiological products. * Prepare inspection-related documentation. * Report non-conformities to the team leader and/or Coordinator during inspections. * Conduct supervision and audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Fisheries Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines. * Minimum mandatory experience of 1 year in companies within the sector. * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel. **Additional Information** * Full payroll registration from day one * Meal and transportation allowances * Ongoing training * Opportunity for growth
