Dynamic and professional work environment Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 7:45am \- 7pm We are looking for a **Paint Tinter**, male or female, with experience in color matching and application, specializing in **enamel or latex**. The candidate will be responsible for preparing precise paint mixtures, ensuring color quality, and adhering to store-established standards. **Responsibilities**: * Mix and adjust paints according to customer specifications. * Apply tinting techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. * Ensure color consistency and alignment with customer requirements. * Maintain and clean work tools, including brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers. * Organize the workspace and manage paint inventory. * Assist in customer service to address inquiries regarding products and colors. * **During free time, organize and arrange paint stock**. * Comply with safety regulations and proper material handling procedures. **Requirements**: * Proven experience in paint tinting. * Knowledge of paint application and mixing techniques on various surfaces. * Ability to manually match colors with precision. * Detail-oriented and responsible for mixtures and outcomes. * Availability for part-time or full-time employment. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits**: * Salary: **negotiable, Monday to Saturday** * Opportunity for career growth within the company. * Ongoing training in advanced tinting techniques. * Performance-based bonuses. * Dynamic and professional work environment.
