Position Summary: We are seeking responsible, detail-oriented Yard Operators capable of real-time supervision of logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time supervision of yard plan and vehicle flow. 2. Recording of deviations, incidents, and operational coordination. 3. Observation, analysis, and reporting capability. Yard Monitor / Yard Operator We are currently recruiting **In-house Yard Operators** to join our operational team, with potential expansion based on demand. We seek responsible, detail-oriented personnel with the ability to supervise logistics operations in real time. Main Responsibilities * Record deviations, incidents, and idle times, reporting to the planning department. * Supervise the yard plan in real time, ensuring correct unit placement according to the operational layout. * Monitor unit service and dwell times, identifying delays and responsible parties. * Monitor vehicle and equipment flow, verifying internal routes, authorized zones, and service priorities. * Record and report operational deviations (e.g., incorrect placements, delays, absences). * Maintain constant coordination with operators, supervisors, and coordinators to ensure operational continuity. * Verify allocation and availability of work zones and equipment (machinery, ITV, ITD). Requirements * Experience or knowledge in logistics operations or yard control (preferred). * Observation, analysis, and reporting capability. * Basic proficiency with digital tools or record-keeping systems. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Availability for on-site and rotating shifts. Working Conditions * **Work Mode:** On-site (GAMBETA site), CALLAO * **Rotating Schedule: 4\*3** * 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * **Position Type:** Permanent * **Salary:** S/ 1,730\.00 Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,730\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
