We are looking for a Guarantee Intern to join our La Victoria office. * Provide support to the guarantees department in claim management, preparation of technical documentation, and process tracking, contributing to the organization, accuracy, and accessibility of information. * Assist in the preliminary review of warranty claims and technical documentation. * Collaborate in preparing simple repair budgets under supervision, and record and update case information in Salesforce following departmental guidelines. * Be responsible for organizing and digitizing work orders and assisting in preparing billing documents.
