PRODUCTION AND KITCHEN OPERATOR (DAY SHIFT)

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Production and Kitchen Operator to prepare ingredients and assist in the kitchen while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Support in production and kitchen At La Burgueseria, we seek a responsible, organized, and committed individual to join our team as a Production and Kitchen Operator. The main responsibility of this position is to prepare and supply ingredients for daily operations, as well as provide kitchen support when needed. FUNCTIONS PRODUCTION * Portioning of meats and ingredients. * Preparation of sauces and accompaniments. * Organization and storage of products. * Labeling and basic inventory control. * Supplying ingredients for operations. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area. OPERATIONS * Assisting on the griddle when orders arrive. * Preparing and assembling menu items. * Assisting with order dispatch. * Adhering to quality and hygiene standards. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in kitchens, production, or food handling. * Prior experience in burger restaurants, fast food, or restaurants is preferred. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Organizational skills. * Willingness to work as part of a team. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
