




Position Summary: Responsible for managing key processes to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and productivity optimization through proactive human resources management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of attendance control and payroll preparation. 2. Administration of contracts, personnel files, and labor documentation. 3. Management of recruitment, selection, and onboarding, with a focus on continuous improvement. The role is responsible for managing and executing key HR functions, ensuring proper oversight of both blue-collar and administrative staff. The position aims to maintain operational efficiency, guarantee compliance with Peruvian labor regulations, and optimize productivity through organized, analytical, and proactive human resources management. Required Profile: \- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions \- Experience managing blue-collar workers and administrative staff \- Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and payroll management \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel \- Strong organizational, analytical, and results-oriented capabilities \- High productivity level and efficient multitasking ability Main Responsibilities: \- Comprehensive management of timekeeping and attendance control for personnel (blue-collar workers and employees) \- Preparation, review, and validation of payroll documents \- Administration of contracts, personnel files, and labor documentation \- Coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with labor processes \- Management of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes \- Proposal of process improvements to optimize departmental productivity \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
