Support recruitment and selection processes to ensure hiring of top talent and alignment with cultural fit. 2\. Support onboarding and induction of personnel to accelerate the learning curve. 3\. Support area metrics based on people analytics (segmentation, archetypes, customization of value propositions). 4\. Collaborate in implementing objective evaluations, training, and needs assessments. Also participate in feedback sessions. 5\. Support climate, employer branding, and organizational culture strategies and initiatives, ensuring impact and engagement. 6\. Support execution of employee learning and development pathways. 7\. Collaborate in implementing cross-departmental strategic projects, contributing to their successful development and execution. 8\.
