Position Summary: You will play a key role in acquiring top talent and developing our employees in the electric, mining, and heavy industry sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support recruitment and talent selection processes. 2. Collaborate in the implementation of assessments and training. 3. Support initiatives related to organizational climate, employer branding, and culture. **Job Description** ---------------------- You will play a key role in acquiring top talent and developing our employees in the electric, mining, and heavy industry sectors. 1\. Support recruitment and selection processes to ensure hiring of top talent and alignment with cultural fit. 2\. Support onboarding and induction of personnel to accelerate the learning curve. 3\. Support area metrics based on people analytics (segmentation, archetypes, customization of value propositions). 4\. Collaborate in implementing objective evaluations, training, and needs assessments. Also participate in feedback sessions. 5\. Support climate, employer branding, and organizational culture strategies and initiatives, ensuring impact and engagement. 6\. Support execution of employee learning and development pathways. 7\. Collaborate in implementing cross-departmental strategic projects, contributing to their successful development and execution. 8\. Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Talent Management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration. * Interest in professional development within the electric and/or mining sectors. * Knowledge of competency-based selection processes and interviews. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
