Position Summary: You will play a key role in acquiring top talent and developing our employees in the electric, mining, and heavy industry sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support talent recruitment and selection processes. 2. Collaborate in implementing performance evaluations and organizational climate strategies. 3. Support the execution of learning and development pathways. **Job Description** ---------------------- You will play a key role in acquiring top talent and developing our employees in the electric, mining, and heavy industry sectors. 1\. Support recruitment and selection processes to ensure hiring of top talent and cultural fit. 2\. Support onboarding and employee inductions to accelerate the learning curve. 3\. Support area KPIs based on people analytics (segmentation, archetypes, customization of value propositions). 4\. Collaborate in implementing objective evaluations, training, and needs assessments; also participate in feedback sessions. 5\. Support organizational climate, employer branding, and culture initiatives to ensure impact and engagement. 6\. Support the execution of employee learning and development pathways. 7\. Collaborate in implementing cross-departmental strategic projects, contributing to their successful development and execution. 8\. Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Talent Management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration. * Interest in building a career in the electric and/or mining sector. * Knowledge of competency-based selection processes and interviews. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
