Support recruitment and selection processes to ensure hiring of top talent and cultural fit. 2\. Support onboarding and employee inductions to accelerate the learning curve. 3\. Support area KPIs based on people analytics (segmentation, archetypes, customization of value propositions). 4\. Collaborate in implementing objective evaluations, training, and needs assessments; also participate in feedback sessions. 5\. Support organizational climate, employer branding, and culture initiatives to ensure impact and engagement. 6\. Support the execution of employee learning and development pathways. 7\. Collaborate in implementing cross-departmental strategic projects, contributing to their successful development and execution. 8\.
