Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with experience in commercial profiles within the financial sector to join a growing team focused on proactive talent sourcing and development. Corporate brand promotion and participation in job fairs. We are currently looking for a RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT with experience selecting commercial profiles in the Financial Sector. Our team is expanding, and we seek professionals with results-oriented headhunting experience. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct proactive candidate sourcing (headhunting) across various sources and industries, with a solution-oriented and creative attitude. Filter and pre-screen CVs on assigned platforms. Conduct interviews and follow up with candidates. Track and record referrals to the commercial department. Perform fieldwork. Promote the corporate brand through participation in job fairs, job board postings, etc. Prepare personnel files for new hires, manage their photo checks and corresponding contracts. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Ethics and professionalism. We do not compromise on good conduct, trust, or respect. Bachelor’s degree or near graduation in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in selection processes (1 year). Professional internships will be considered. Higher levels of experience will also be valued. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. High level of organization and task follow-up. Autonomy and ability to provide independent opinions without fear of making mistakes. Desirable experience in recruiting **commercial profiles in the financial sector**. (Important) Residence in areas adjacent to **SANTIAGO DE SURCO** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM (in-person work), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote work) **BENEFITS:** Fixed salary \+ performance bonuses Continuous training.
