Career path and professional development opportunities Job Objective: Comprehensively manage attraction, recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for operational staff, ensuring timely coverage of the company’s critical vacancies through effective recruitment strategies. Responsible for onboarding talent aligned with operational needs, contributing to service continuity, reduced turnover, and strengthened organizational human capital. Main Job Responsibilities: * Lead mass recruitment and selection processes for operational staff. * Prepare management reports and propose continuous improvements to selection processes. * Recruit profiles such as interprovincial transport drivers, crew members, counters, operational supervisors, inspectors, agency staff, dispatchers, and other operational positions. * Publish and promote job openings on job boards, social media, and various recruitment sources. * Execute talent attraction strategies to ensure timely vacancy coverage. * Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments. * Prepare evaluation reports and submit final candidate shortlists to requesting departments. * Manage the hiring process, including collection and validation of onboarding documentation. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations and the new employee onboarding process. * Conduct induction and follow-up activities during the adaptation period. * Maintain an updated candidate database and build a talent pool for future vacancies. * Manage and analyze recruitment metrics, including: * \- Time-to-fill for vacancies. * \- Time-to-hire. * \- Turnover rate. * \- Early turnover (30, 60, and 90 days). * \- Effectiveness of recruitment sources. * \- Coverage of critical positions. * \- Retention of hired personnel. * Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Preferred specialization or diploma in Recruitment and Selection or Competency-Based Management. Experience: * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in recruitment and selection. * Proven experience in **mass recruitment of operational staff**. * **Mandatory experience in interprovincial passenger transport companies, cargo transport, logistics, or related sectors.** * Experience recruiting professional drivers, crew members, counters, operational supervisors, inspectors, and agency staff. * Experience managing high-volume selection processes and meeting coverage targets. * Experience analyzing and managing recruitment and turnover metrics. Knowledge: * Competency-based recruitment and selection. * Mass recruitment of operational staff. * Proficiency with recruitment platforms (Computrabajo, Bumeran, Indeed, LinkedIn, among others). * Talent attraction and sourcing strategies. * Documentation management for onboarding, contracts, and personnel files. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Development and analysis of recruitment and selection KPIs. * Knowledge of labor legislation related to hiring processes. * Preferred knowledge of requirements and documentation for hiring interprovincial transport drivers.
