At Full Depor, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Marketing Coordinator** to plan and supervise the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing operations successfully meet the objectives established by the management team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies * Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services across a wide range of media. * Coordinate store promotions aligned with festive campaigns. * Oversee all projects to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics. * Prepare marketing materials for publication and supervise their distribution. * Plan content creation for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. * Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign. * Knowledge of CRM. * Proficiency in Meta Ads. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role * Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles. * Extensive knowledge of market research techniques, statistical methods, and data analysis. * Expertise in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM). * Good understanding of social media platforms and web analytics. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Creativity and business acumen. Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
