BOBOCHA IS LOOKING FOR A RECRUITER AND SELECTION SPECIALIST Are you passionate about human talent and eager to develop expertise in organizational psychology? At Bobocha, we are looking for a proactive, well-organized individual who is eager to grow alongside our expanding franchise. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure agile and high-quality selection processes for our stores. * Provide support in other related functions assigned by the immediate supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES * Posting and managing job vacancies. * Resume screening and competency-based interviews. * Preparation of psychosocial assessment reports. * Updating personnel databases and documentation. * Monitoring onboarding and adaptation of new employees. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate in Psychology or Human Resources (organizational focus). * Genuine interest in recruitment and selection (experience is a plus). * Strong written communication skills, analytical ability, and organizational skills. * Sense of urgency and proactivity. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor regulations (preferred).
