At El Leñador JV, we continue growing and are looking for a committed, organized leader with experience as a Store Manager — Full-Time position. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Store Leader, Store Supervisor, or similar role. * Availability to work in areas adjacent to Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and lead store team activities to meet the established sales budget. * Monitor and supervise sales team, cashier, and warehouse activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer service protocols (work schedules, overtime, vacations, etc.). * Supervise and control store operations, adhering to established parameters to ensure proper functioning and compliance with current regulations. * Supervise and manage displays to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. * Manage appropriate inventory levels to maintain expected stock for sales execution. * Conduct unannounced warehouse inventories on a weekly basis to monitor the established process. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration * Fixed salary * Bi-weekly and monthly payments * Employment Certificate * Opportunity for growth and continuous training.
