Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the site by leading the operational team and guaranteeing product quality and excellence in customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the operational team to ensure product and service quality. 2. Ensure process compliance and a positive customer experience. 3. Achieve daily sales and operational targets. Enrolados is an ice cream and crepe specialty shop specializing in fried ice cream, as well as a wide range of products including crepes, waffles, beverages, and desserts. We focus on product quality, fast service, and delivering a positive experience for our customers.
