Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager to supervise operations, lead staff, and ensure achievement of sales targets at a leading company specializing in graduation frames. Key Highlights: 1. Leads a team toward goal attainment We are a national leader in the manufacturing and sale of graduation frames for early childhood, primary, and secondary education. We are currently seeking a Store Manager who meets the following profile: Requirements: \- Technical studies in administration, business, or related fields \_ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager. \_ Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems \- Knowledge of sales management \- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays until 5 p.m. \- Availability to work in Cercado de Lima \_ Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: \- Supervise store operations and achievement of monthly sales targets \- Lead and guide assigned staff toward objective attainment \- Monitor daily store activities and sales: deposit approvals, issuance of payment receipts, generation of sales reports \- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor Benefits: \- Family allowance, if applicable \- Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment \- Regular team-building activities \- Overtime pay in accordance with labor law \- Timely payments (biweekly) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1,650\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
