We are looking for a **Distribution Supervisor** with solid experience in logistics operations, leadership, and results-oriented mindset. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or higher in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar positions. * Minimum **1 year of experience in B2B mass consumption** (traditional channel, modern channel, department stores, and wholesalers). * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (mandatory). * Availability to work in **Lurín** (Reference: Megacentro – Km 29\). Responsibilities * Analyze and organize distribution routes (sales outlets, points of sale, and cargo volume). * Prepare and submit the **daily pre-scheduling of deliveries**. * Design distribution strategies ensuring coverage and efficiency. * Supervise operational staff, ensuring task compliance and implementing corrective actions. * Monitor staff arrival and supervise the loading process until the departure of the last vehicle. * Conduct staff checklists (attendance, punctuality, and uniform usage). * Prepare and submit scheduling, progress, and delivery effectiveness reports. * Supervise staff return and merchandise settlement. * Report returns and shortages, specifying causes and corrective actions. * Validate driver provider delivery slips and monitor mobile devices assigned to transporters.
