We are currently seeking a COST AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT for our BARRANCO branch. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor supplies (rotation and expiration dates). * Place orders for items by category according to the established schedule. * Place orders as required by the store. * Enter documentation into the system (internal forms). * Receive, organize, and dispatch goods and documentation (invoices and waybills). * Document monthly inventory. * Perform other related or complementary duties as instructed by the immediate supervisor. * The position includes parallel onboarding training. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry * Basic Excel proficiency * Willingness to learn and high enthusiasm * ERP knowledge **Benefits:** \- Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime \- Benefits as stipulated by law \- Meal allowance covered \- Corporate discounts \- Being part of a prestigious restaurant.
