On behalf of one of our leading clients, we are searching for top talent to join as a **Warehouse Assistant**, working on-site in the district of **Cercado de Lima**. Join this outstanding team and invest in your professional growth! **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: Only twice per month, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education or technical/university studies (in progress or incomplete). * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in the same position or in similar warehouse functions. * **Knowledge:** Inventory management and stock control. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate-level Excel is mandatory). **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor orders and shipments within the department. * Verify proper product replenishment and ensure appropriate stock rotation. * Responsible for procurement, replenishment, and supplier pickup operations from suppliers to the warehouse. * Maintain strict control over quantity, quality, and labeling of products in the production area. * Ensure all products are correctly organized according to a requirements list before dispatching to various stores. * Monitor transportation and distribution operations, confirming product delivery to destination and resolving issues en route. * Conduct inventory audits for warehouse intake and outbound shipments in coordination with the relevant department (preventing shortages or overages) and report incidents to the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Direct payroll enrollment under the **General Regime** (including all statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacation time). * Market-competitive salary. * Excellent work environment and development opportunities.
