Job Summary: We are seeking field sales executives who identify customers, provide product consultation, and achieve sales targets to increase purchase volume and average transaction value. SALES EXECUTIVES\- METRO PLAZA CASTILLA (Fieldwork) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify new potential customers for the store’s and company’s customer portfolio by analyzing their business activity and purchasing potential (fieldwork). * Visit existing portfolio customers at their businesses and provide advice on our products, pricing, and promotions to increase their sales volume. * Achieve monthly sales targets as per the budget. * Maintain and increase the average transaction value of assigned customers through in-person visits and phone calls. * Report to the Store and Customer Development Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. (Preferred) * Willingness to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM–12 PM.
