Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive support in an estomatology clinic, focusing on patient care, administrative tasks, material control, equipment maintenance, and ensuring clinic biosecurity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient, student, and faculty reception and registration 2. Biosecurity, dental materials, and equipment control 3. Clinical record and documentation management Receive and attend to patients, students, and faculty. Register visitors interested in dental treatments. Provide general information regarding the services offered by the stomatology clinic. Maintain daily logs in the incoming/outgoing document register. Promptly forward received documentation to the Clinic’s Directorate. Open and manage the filing and custody of clinical records. Prepare clinical records in advance for daily appointments. Verify patient payment receipts for opening clinical records. Verify treatment payment receipts, with the tutor faculty’s signature and approval, to dispense dental materials and supplies to students. Monitor proper use of dental equipment. Control the inflow and outflow of dental materials and supplies. Ensure clinic biosecurity. Supervise instrument sterilization. Safeguard and ensure proper use of the clinic’s dental equipment. Verify that cleaning responsibilities assigned to staff are properly fulfilled. Monitor and supervise the use of lockers assigned to faculty and students. Monitor and supervise the receipt and dispatch of prosthesis work to dental laboratories, including follow-up until completion—i.e., installation or cementation in patients’ mouths.
