




**Document Reception:** · Receive, register, classify, and distribute notifications in the system and physical files for incoming and outgoing office correspondence, maintaining a record according to format. **Appointment Scheduling:** · Support lawyers in scheduling hearing agendas and presenting legal reports to clients. \- Manage Lawyers' Schedules. **Handling Inquiries:** · Provide requested information to clients in person, by phone, and digitally regarding the status of their cases and inquiries. **Database Updating:** · Update client registries and information in physical and digital case files. · Support customer service in digitizing and archiving notifications into case files. **Receiving and Handling Complaints:** · Review and propose alternative solutions for an adequate incident management process (complaints, claims), with the primary objective of reducing and eliminating them. **Participation in Continuous Improvement Workshops:** · Participate in cross-departmental analysis of improvements in client relationships (internal and external), aiming to align all company actions with continuous customer loyalty. **Database Updating****:** · Update client lists forming part of the firm's cases. Update client listings in the company's internal software and database. **Receiving and Handling Complaints:** · Review and propose alternative solutions for an adequate incident management process (complaints, claims), with the primary objective of reducing and eliminating them. · Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the job position.
