Internal coordination for document validation and payment control. **TalentyPeru Human Resources Consulting Firm** is currently searching for a commercial profile for a **client company specializing in the marketing of construction additives products**. **Position:** *Accounting Assistant – Arequipa* **Requirements:** * Technical degree or graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in accounting and administrative management (preferred). * Basic knowledge of tax regulations. * Availability to work full-time. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Residence location – **Arequipa** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct retrospective accounting reviews (prior months and fiscal periods). * Financial management and analysis: prepare financial statements and decision-making reports. * Issue electronic invoices and shipping guides. * Record purchases, sales, and expenses in the accounting system. * Validate invoices, receipts, professional service receipts, and other supporting documents per SUNAT regulations. * Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Coordinate supplier payments and track due dates. * Support monthly bank reconciliations. * Archive and organize accounting and financial documentation. * Provide support for monthly tax filings (IGV, Income Tax, withholdings, deductions). * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) for document validation. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one (MYPE company benefits) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
