Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics and administration professional to supervise the physical infrastructure and operational processes of a distribution center, with a commercial vision focused on space optimization and contract management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages rental of premises and tenant relations. 2. Supervises preventive maintenance and regulatory compliance. 3. Leads staff and resolves logistical problems. We are looking for a WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICAL PROPERTIES ADMINISTRATOR. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** A professional with solid training in logistics and administration, capable of supervising both the physical infrastructure and operational processes of a distribution center. Possesses a commercial vision focused on space optimization and lease contract management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Commercial Management:** Promote leasing of premises and manage tenant relations (contracts, collections, and renewals). * **Preventive Maintenance:** Supervise the condition of facilities (roofs, floors, fire protection systems, lighting, and loading docks). * **Safety and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure the premises comply with municipal licenses, industrial safety standards, and occupational health regulations. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in warehouse management, distribution centers, or commercial property administration. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)** and ERPs (e.g., SAP or Oracle). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for profitability reporting. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS (SOFT SKILLS)** * **Negotiation Skills:** To close lease agreements with new clients. * **Leadership:** Ability to lead cleaning, security, and loading/unloading staff. * **Problem-Solving:** Agility in resolving technical or logistical issues raised by clients. * **Results Orientation:** Focus on maximizing the occupancy rate of the property.
