We are **SENDA TI SOLUTIONS**, a technology-sector company, and we are looking for a Junior Commercial Assistant for our office in Lince. **Requirements:** * Currently in final cycles or graduated from a Technical or University program in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Preferably residing near the district of LINCE. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in commercial areas and in potential customer retention. * Intermediate proficiency using Google Drive tools, documents, and spreadsheets. * Interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills. * Computer skills in office software and specific commercial management tools. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to user requests and inquiries via WhatsApp and email. * Manage customer service interactions or requests. * Register and update Excel sheets on Google Sheets. * Prepare sales reports. * Manage the Commercial Manager’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and draft minutes. * Issue quotations and invoices. * Follow up on quotations. * Perform administrative tasks arising from such requests. * Carry out any function or assignment delegated by the direct supervisor. **What We Offer:** * All statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am–6pm / Saturdays 9am–1pm. * Availability to work in Lince.
