A Peruvian company specializing in water and sanitation is seeking an **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales of industrial pumping products. * Experience in customer portfolio management, acquisition of new business, and closing sales. * Availability for fieldwork. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + commissions. * 100% on-site work in the **Comas district**, from **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.** * **Remype payroll** for the first 3 months (15 days of vacation), followed by **Mype payroll**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Achieve sales targets**, organizing the customer portfolio, planning weekly work, and updating the CRM. * **Submit weekly reports**, including reasons for purchase/non-purchase, sales progress, and portfolio management. * **Acquire new customers** through campaigns, visits, and commercial activities. * **Maintain and retain existing customers**, ensuring their satisfaction and conducting follow-ups aligned with objectives.
