Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor with experience in architecture and civil engineering for project development, execution, and monitoring; blueprint design; and license management. Construction supervision and coordination with contractors. **PROJECT SUPERVISOR** A professional with a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience is required. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Project development, execution, and monitoring. \- Development of architectural and technical drawings. \- Design of proposals for offices and warehouses. \- Design of architectural details, complying with functional, aesthetic, and regulatory criteria. \- License management and processing according to the project. \- Conducting procedures before municipalities or other entities for project approval. \- Drawing and drafting using AutoCAD. \- Support and assistance to Operations and Commercial departments. \- Coordination with contractors and suppliers. \- Presentation of innovative architectural proposals tailored to the type of project. \- Review and ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements at each project stage. \- Technical site visits and construction supervision. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree. \- Minimum 2 years of experience. \- Experience in project coordination and management. \- Proficiency in reading blueprints, quantity take-offs, and budget preparation. \- Strong foundation in design and drafting, with ability to translate concepts into drawings. \- Knowledge of construction regulations and codes. \- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape. \- Ability to read structural drawings. \- Experience in municipal procedures. **COMPETENCIES:** \- Creative and innovative. \- Attention to detail. \- Problem-solving ability. \- Teamwork. \- Analytical ability. \- Work planning. **Salary: S/2,500** **Payroll: MYPE** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
