





CONTRACT SUPERVISOR Location: Cerro Lindo Join our team at Sandvik and be part of our digital and sustainable future! Position Purpose: Supervises heavy equipment maintenance under small-site service contracts (up to 5 personnel) and acts as Shift Supervisor under large-site contracts (more than 25 personnel). Also substitutes for the Resident Engineer during absences and, when necessary, performs specialized technical tasks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities:* Implement equipment maintenance programs according to manufacturer specifications. * Plan and schedule preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance services for equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications. * Supervise equipment maintenance activities performed by technical staff assigned to the service contract, whether in underground workshops, surface workshops, working faces, operational areas, or other required locations. * Prepare technical reports on working conditions, equipment failures, accidents, and warranty claims. * Present, justify, and obtain client approval for monthly service billing related to the contracted service. * Participate in shift handover meetings conducted by the client with Operations and Services departments. * Identify the client’s commercial needs based on contract management information. Requirements:* Licensed engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Maintenance Management (preferred). * Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising contracts (loaders, front-end loaders, jumbos) for underground and surface mining operations. * Knowledge of management systems, administration, and logistics (preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred). * Intermediate MS Office proficiency (mandatory). * Valid A2B driver’s license (mandatory).
