Today, Grupo Roky's opens its doors to a new professional challenge: We are searching for top talent to fill the position of Cost Analyst. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field. * Specialization in cost accounting and inventory control. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, or industrial sectors. * Knowledge and application of IFRS and inventory management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * SAP experience (preferred). * Basic English proficiency. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Review products with negative balances, discrepancies, and overstock to determine root causes; if applicable, request corrections from the respective responsible party. * Submit the negative stock report to stores/plant managers for appropriate regularization. * Review and validate unit costs of products at plant and store levels to support analysis of store or plant profitability variations. * Execute the interface from the logistics module to the accounting module to record cost of sales and expenses during monthly closing, ensuring all loaded data is accurate. * Validate in the ERP system’s accounting module whether consumption and merchandise vouchers were generated correctly. * Prepare monthly reports on shrinkage (plant and store), cost of sales (plant and store), and selling value (plant and store). * Prepare semiannually the inventory ledger required by tax authorities using the ERP’s logistics module. * Upload analyzed data to the shared accounting folder to consolidate information and coordinate with the investment analysis team. * Present relevant performance indicators according to assigned accounts and investments. * Review and analyze operational processes linked to assigned accounting accounts, suggesting improvements to optimize analysis, reconciliation, and coordination with revenue and operational-accounting recording departments. * Participate in developing policies, procedures, and guidelines within the scope of expertise. * Provide accounting and costing support to departments to minimize potential contingencies. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or General Accountant, such as providing documentation for internal or external audits and inspections, among others. **Conditions:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * 100% on-site work modality. * Work location: San Luis. * Market-competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Corporate discounts.
