




If you are interested in international trade, international logistics, and direct customer contact, this is an excellent opportunity to begin your professional development in a dynamic and specialized environment. **Requirements** * Student in final semesters or graduate in **International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics**, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of **maritime (FCL/LCL) and air freight operations**. * Interest in customer service and management. * Basic knowledge of the **General Customs Law** (not mandatory). * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Basic or intermediate English (preferred). * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills and a learning orientation. * Experience in the field (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Track **FCL, LCL, and air freight shipments**, from origin to destination. * Provide customers with updates on the status of their shipments. * Coordinate with overseas agents, suppliers, and internal departments. * Record and update operational tracking in Excel and internal systems. * Review and manage shipping documentation (MBL, HBL, HAWB). * Issue departure, arrival, and cargo landing notifications. * Respond to inquiries via email and other communication channels. * Monitor operational deadlines and processes related to customs clearance. **Internship Conditions** * **Modality:** In-person * **Workplace:** Callao – Commercial Air Center * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
