




Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Trafficker to manage campaigns, content, and digital customer service, while monitoring performance and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. You will manage campaigns and initiatives targeting the digital community. 2. You will plan and execute the content calendar and commercial activities. 3. You will monitor performance and prepare reports to enhance user experience. On behalf of our client, a leading media company, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of Digital Trafficker. **Responsibilities** * Manage campaigns and initiatives targeting the community and online conversations: monitor, respond to, and moderate comments/messages on social media using native tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) to meet performance metrics, ensure user satisfaction, and protect brand reputation. * Plan and execute the content calendar and commercial activities: organize weekly/monthly content grids, adapt approved copy and creatives, and publish at scheduled times to maximize reach and engagement. * Provide digital customer service and escalate cases: classify inquiries, deliver first-line responses, and escalate to responsible departments following internal guidelines to ensure consistent response and resolution times. (Based on the “social media management and digital customer service” approach.) * Monitor performance and prepare reports: extract metrics from insights (reach, engagement, response time, basic sentiment), analyze results, and present recommendations to improve content (for internal use) and community experience. (Reporting and analysis practices stem from prior digital experience.) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or Marketing. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Trafficker. * Solid knowledge of digital advertising strategies. * Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Ad Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms. * In-depth understanding of key online advertising performance metrics. * Basic knowledge of light editing using Canva or equivalent tools; basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is desirable. * Fundamental knowledge of ad creation to collaborate effectively with the media planning team. Salary: S/.6,000.00 - S/.7,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
