Minimum Job Requirements:** Education Level: University degree Education: Graduates or licensed professionals in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: N.A. Specific Knowledge: \- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is mandatory \- Class A1 driver’s license preferred \- Basic automotive knowledge \- Languages: Basic English proficiency. Document current processes using BPMN, SIPOC, or flowchart methodologies applied to integrated management systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety). 7\. Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in key processes. 8\. Collaborate in evaluating technological tools for process management and automation. 9\. Generate performance reports and indicators for management systems. 10\. Post vehicles on social media (Facebook, Marketplace, WhatsApp) 11\. Assist in tracking interested customers 12\. Assist in basic vehicle inspection (order, cleanliness, presentation) 13\. Coordinate with the team for preparing units for sale 14\. Organize vehicle documentation 15\. Assist in registering information in Excel (inventory, customers) 16\. Update and expand supplier database, etc. 17\. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **VII.
