A leading company in Integrated Waste Management and Environmental Sanitation is seeking the most suitable candidate to fill the position of Environmental Sanitation Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or Industrial, Environmental, Sanitary Engineering degree, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Environmental Sanitation Supervisor or in similar positions. FUNCTIONS Prepare quotations for sanitation services. Conduct technical visits to potential clients. Coordinate the execution of various sanitation or cleaning services requested by clients. Provide specific inductions to operational staff for work at heights, in confined spaces, and high-risk tasks. Prepare 5-minute safety talks prior to commencing scheduled services. Request necessary fumigation, rodent control, and disinfection products required for service execution. Ensure provision of all resources needed for effective execution of scheduled environmental sanitation services, considering quotations or commercial agreements. Monitor commencement and completion of daily services with appropriate supervision. Prepare reports resulting from the execution of planned services. Conduct pre-use inspections of equipment or tools. Establish necessary productivity indicators at the operational level to optimize area management and supervise their implementation.
