Personalized pisco advisory services Our client, an established producer and distributor of premium pisco with a strong market presence, is looking to hire a Field Sales Representative for the Miraflores, Barranco, and San Isidro areas. This role targets professionals with solid consultative sales experience and knowledge of the premium beverage market. This position will allow you to strengthen your commercial capabilities and apply consultative selling techniques to a high-end product. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies (incomplete or completed) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in pisco marketing and knowledge of different varieties: Quebranta, Acholado, Italia, and Mosto Verde. * Knowledge of sales techniques and tactics. * Existing customer portfolio *(DESIRABLE).* * Strong prior references. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Acquire and retain customers by delivering excellent service to drive potential sales. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers. * Provide personalized guidance in selecting premium pisco varieties. * Increase sales through consultative selling techniques. * Manage inventory and product restocking. * Achieve monthly sales targets. **Your Skills and/or Personal Attributes:** * Responsible \- Honest * Commercial attitude – Professional presence * Ability to meet targets. * Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. * Relationship management and customer service orientation. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: S/ 2,000 \+ commissions \+ incentives and achievement-based benefits. * Monthly transportation allowance: S/ 400 * Formal employment contract under MYPE payroll from day one, including statutory benefits (50% bonus, 15-day vacation, CTS, and insurance). **Work Schedule and Location:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts; Saturdays: half-day. * Work location**:** Miraflores, Barranco, San Isidro. **IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in consultative sales?
