We are currently seeking a **Finance and Administration Manager** to assume a key role in the comprehensive management of the business and support our consolidation and growth process. **Main Responsibilities** * Assume full control of the group’s administrative and financial management. * Represent the group before banks, key clients, and strategic suppliers. * Design and execute budgets, cash flow plans, and financing strategies. * Lead customer valuation and negotiation processes. * Ensure clear, timely, and reliable financial reporting to the Board of Directors. * Strengthen internal controls, tax processes, and regulatory compliance. * Optimize resource utilization, promoting efficiency and cost reduction. * Ensure the proper functioning of administrative areas, with a results-oriented focus. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Over **8 years of experience** in managerial positions in finance and administration. * Solid experience in banking relations, financing, treasury, and budgetary control. * Knowledge and experience in customer valuation and commercial negotiation. * Ability to structure, standardize, and improve administrative and financial processes. * Advanced **Excel** proficiency and mastery of **ERP systems or management tools**. * Leadership profile with autonomy and sound judgment for strategic decision-making. **Conditions** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Remuneration between **S/ 7,000 and S/ 9,000**, depending on experience. * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding business group. * Strategic role with autonomy to implement tangible improvements and generate impact. **Apply now and become part of a team that values strategic management and results.** Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.8,000.00 \- S/.10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
