




Job Summary: Graphic designer responsible for creating and maintaining a strong, distinctive visual identity within the real estate and network marketing sectors, through high-quality digital and print designs. Key Highlights: 1. Create graphic content for social media, email marketing, and websites. 2. Develop visual identities consistent with the brand and its projects. 3. Ensure aesthetic, color palette, and typography consistency across all channels. 2\. **Purpose of the Position** To create and maintain a strong, distinctive visual identity in the real estate, property, lifestyle, and/or network marketing sectors, through high-quality, thematically consistent digital and print designs. 3\. **Specific Functions by Process** * Digital Design: Visual materials for real estate campaigns — renders, catalogs, brochures, floor plans, flyers, advertisements, and digital content. * Social Media Posts, Stories, Reels, Carousels, and Banners (animations, reels, stories, posts, banners, etc.). * Develop visual identities consistent with the brand and its various real estate projects. * Design commercial presentations for investors or network marketing teams. * Flyers, signage, backdrops, POP materials, and resort guides. * Create graphic content for social media, email marketing, and websites (animations, reels, stories, posts, banners, etc.). * Visual mockups for landing pages and website updates. * Pro Audiovisual Production * Covers, simple animated text, support for reels. * Brand Visual Management * Ensure aesthetic, color palette, and typography consistency across all channels. * Edit promotional videos, testimonials, and virtual property tours (optional but desirable). * Manage the company’s image bank, templates, and graphic resources. * Ensure visual quality of materials and compliance with brand guidelines. * Monitor visual trends and apply them to current campaigns to maintain a modern and effective aesthetic. 4\. **Operational Support** * Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, CapCut (pro), Google Drive * Visual References: Instagram, Pinterest, Behance * Supporting Teams: KAM, Audiovisual Creator 5\. **Interdependent Relationships** With KAM: Daily alignment of priorities and design validation. With Audiovisual Creator: Integration of graphics into videos. With external resort teams: Collection of local information for content. 6\. **Management Indicators (KPIs)** * % of on-time deliveries per brand * Number of pieces rejected due to visual inconsistency * Frequency of brand manual updates * Number of reels delivered with graphic support * Positive feedback from KAM (≥4\.5/5 in monthly evaluation) 7\. **Required Profile** * Education: Graphic Design or Visual Communication. * Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle. * Knowledge: Adobe Creative Suite Visual trends on Instagram and TikTok Basic video editing concepts Skills: Aesthetic sensitivity, organization, adaptability across multiple brands. 8\. **Position Conditions** * Work schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
