Responsibilities: * Design and coordinate production plans. * Schedule production activities. * Calculate work times. * Understand dispatch and distribution procedures for finished goods. * Supervise workers' activities on the shop floor. * Supervise maintenance of the production area, ensuring proper operation and integrity of all equipment and machinery. * Prepare productivity and operational efficiency reports. * Implement improvements on the production line. * Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency.
