We work with innovation, collaboration, and great passion for technology. **Requirements** * Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in **B2B Sales, Commercial Management, B2B Marketing or Account Management** is desirable. * Minimum **3 years of experience in B2B commercial roles**, ideally within **technology, IT consulting, software or professional services companies**. * Leadership and ability to build and guide teams. **Responsibilities** **Commercial Strategy** * Design and execute the B2B commercial strategy aligned with growth objectives. * Define value proposition, priority verticals and focus services. * Establish pricing, sales arguments and project-level profitability criteria. * Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within active accounts. **B2B Prospecting and Commercial Support** * Lead B2B prospecting toward decision makers (C\-Level, management). * Support, guide and provide feedback to prospectors on: * Outreach messaging * Lead follow\-up * Opportunity qualification * Validate lead quality before passing them to the sales stage. * Optimize the prospecting process to improve response and conversion rates. **Sales and Closing** * Conduct strategic commercial meetings. * Present proposals, scopes and service roadmaps. * Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements. * Ensure an orderly handover of the client to the operations team. **Key Account Management** * Manage strategic clients and high\-impact accounts. * Maintain direct client relationships to ensure continuity and growth. * Identify commercial risks and anticipate client needs. * Lead commercial follow\-up meetings. **Marketing (Strategic Vision, Not Execution)** * Align marketing with commercial objectives. * Define key messages, B2B narrative and campaign focus. * Validate commercial and marketing materials (presentations, copy, landing pages). * Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and lead quality. * Measure the commercial impact of marketing activities (leads, conversion, sales). **Operations and Internal Coordination** * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery of sold commitments. * Translate commercial needs into clear, actionable scopes. * Monitor priorities, deliverables and client commitments. * Align expectations among client, sales and operations. **Management and Reporting** * Manage sales pipeline, forecast and commercial KPIs. * Report progress, results and risks to senior management. * Propose continuous improvements to commercial and prospecting processes. * Maintain organized documentation of proposals and commercial processes. **Leadership and Culture** * Support and train prospectors through a practical, hands\-on approach. * Build a culture of discipline, commercial judgment and results orientation. * Represent the company to clients with strategic vision and professionalism. **Work Modality: Remote**, with occasional in\-person attendance.
