Our client, a company specialized in the design, supply, and comprehensive engineering for the implementation of all types of warehouses and storage systems, is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to fill the position of **Proposal Coordinator** in Surco. **Job Objectives:** * Manage, coordinate, and prepare technical and economic proposals for industrial, commercial, and logistics engineering and construction projects. * Develop the cost structure and cost control structure for each project. * Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements, internal standards, and established deadlines. * Collaborate with various departments across the company to guarantee the competitiveness and quality of bids. * Maintain an updated database of prices, suppliers, and prior experience to optimize future proposals. * Establish the cost baseline and collaborate with the company’s cost control department. * Organize the tender structure using Target Value Delivery (TVD) and align it with the company’s strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze tender documents and terms of reference for bids and tenders. * Coordinate with all company departments for proposal development. * Prepare internal schedules to meet submission deadlines. * Review and consolidate technical and economic information into the final proposal. * Manage inquiries and clarifications with the client during the tender process. * Maintain records and reports of submitted proposals and resulting outcomes. * Identify opportunities for improvement in bid preparation processes. * Analyze the updated cost database. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **5 years** of experience. * Knowledge of tender processes and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in proposal management software and cost estimation tools. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project scopes. * Mastery of estimation methodologies. * Mastery of cost analysis and budgeting. * Key competencies: Organization and planning, effective communication and teamwork, results orientation and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **Benefits:** * Employment contract under the general regime, including all statutory benefits. * Working hours Monday to Friday: 4 days onsite + 1 remote day. * Access to EPS health insurance covered at 70%. * Participation in high-impact logistics projects.
