Position Summary: NOVOCASH TECNOLOGY S.A.C. is seeking a Logistics and Import Analyst to manage and optimize logistics and import processes, ensuring supply continuity and inventory control. Proposes process improvements and cost reductions **JOIN OUR GREAT FAMILY!** **NOVOCASH TECNOLOGY S.A.C.**, a company engaged in the sale of banknote and coin counting and sorting machines, is seeking top talent to take on the challenge of: **LOGISTICS AND IMPORT ANALYST**. **OBJECTIVE:** To manage and optimize the company’s logistics and import processes, ensuring proper supply, inventory control, and equipment distribution while complying with established operational standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Academic background**: Technical or university degree in Administration, International Business, or related fields * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in logistics, imports, or similar positions * Experience leading operational teams (desirable) * Spoken and written English (Intermediate / Advanced – mandatory) * **Age**: 25 years or older * **Immediate availability** **KNOWLEDGE:** * Import and foreign trade processes * Inventory control and warehouse management * Logistics and commercial documentation * Excel proficiency (intermediate/advanced) * ERP knowledge (desirable) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and track import operations * Supervise import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.) * Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers * Supervise inventories, warehouses, and distribution * Prepare logistics reports and KPIs * Record and control logistics expenses * Supervise import documentation * Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs authorities * Propose process improvements and cost reductions * Prepare management reports related to inventories, imports, deliveries, and costs * Coordinate shipments and delivery routes * Supervise warehouse and delivery personnel or others **SPECIFICATIONS:** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:21 PM** * Monthly remuneration: Between **S/1700.00** and **S/2000.00**, subject to experience verification * **MYPE payroll registration** * Excellent working environment **SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS TO: 953800534 / 905 439 359** * **Curriculum vitae** (attach academic certificates or course completion records, employment certificate) * **Copy of ID card (DNI)** * **Criminal or police background check:** **https://www.empleosperu.gob.pe/CertificadoUnicoLaboral/irIndex.html;jsessionid=-jYMcfXqgh6WAbI0F5NUJUyCJ6fr7ThxjV8U-nu5.srv-cjl** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
