





A solid company in the Education sector is seeking to hire a **Logistics Manager**, with a professional profile, collaborative attitude, continuous improvement mindset, natural leadership, negotiation skills, and ability to operate effectively in an operational environment. **Position Objective:** To manage logistics, warehouse, and procurement processes to achieve optimal technical-commercial conditions and to streamline response times for internal customer requests across various departments, in accordance with the company’s established procedures. **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Certifications in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain, Operations, Importation, and Procurement. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. * Proficiency in SAP/ERP (mandatory). * Experience leading negotiations with strategic suppliers for the company. * Experience in warehouse and inventory management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely fulfillment of goods and services requested by various departments. * Monitor that purchases of goods and services comply with estimated costs and technical specifications. * Review and validate purchase orders issued upon request from various departments. * Manage the administrative import process. * Generate monthly purchase order reports and other reports requested by management. * Supervise warehouse and physical space administration—including organization, cleanliness, replenishment, and service delivery. * Maintain an updated supplier portfolio and evaluate supplier performance. * Support compliance with the company’s internal policies. · Inventory Management · Operations Supervision · Supply Chain Planning and Optimization: design and implement strategies ensuring efficient product flow within the organization. · Daily Operations Supervision · Budget Management and Cost Control: includes supplier negotiations, transportation route optimization, and ongoing pursuit of operational cost efficiency. · Coordination with Internal Departments: ensure logistics supports the organization’s strategic objectives. · Technology Implementation and Continuous Improvement: utilization of technological tools. · Emergency and Contingency Management: handle unforeseen situations. · Performance Indicator Monitoring: continuously analyze and monitor departmental key performance indicators (KPIs). · External Relationship Management: engage with transportation providers, external warehouses, and, in some cases, key customers. · Regulatory and Compliance Adherence Team Development and Training Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
