Contribute innovative ideas for brand positioning We are Corporación Carrillo Import y Group, a small- and medium-sized enterprise (MYPE) specializing in the importation of heavy machinery spare parts, headquartered in Callao. We are looking for a Marketing and Advertising professional with proven experience in developing and implementing commercial and communication strategies that contribute to positioning our brand in the industrial sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. * Manage and optimize social media, the company website, and digital platforms. * Create advertising content focused on heavy machinery spare parts. * Keep the online and printed product catalog up to date. * Perform basic product photography and editing for social media and marketing materials. * Contribute innovative ideas for brand positioning and customer loyalty. * Other duties assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Marketing and Advertising. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in managing social media and using design and editing tools. * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and orientation toward results and learning. * Must reside in Callao or nearby areas. * Immediate availability. **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company. * Formal payroll registration and benefits from day one.
