We are seeking a **Marketing Intern** with an interest in the creative world, who wishes to learn, propose ideas, and grow professionally within a dynamic environment. The intern will gain comprehensive insight into our processes, including the **photography lab** and the **events coordination department**, developing practical knowledge of marketing applied to events and creative services. **Requirements:** * Student, graduate, or incomplete studies in **Marketing, Business Administration and Marketing, or related fields**. * Availability for **in-person work** in **Cercado de Lima – Abancay**. * Availability during **daytime hours**: Mon–Sat: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Variable rest days (48 weekly hours) * **Desirable**: experience or knowledge as a **designer**. * Basic proficiency in **Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva** is desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns. * Content management and promotions on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok). * Post-sales follow-up with potential clients. * Analysis of marketing campaign results. * Customer service and commercial support. * Support for marketing activities related to the **photography lab and events coordination**. **We Offer:** * **Ongoing training and hands-on learning**. * **Starting salary of S/800**, increasing based on performance up to **S/1,130**, during the training period. * Periodic evaluations for **salary adjustments**. * Employment contract under the **Microenterprise Regime**: * 48 weekly working hours. * 15 vacation days. * SIS Microenterprise health insurance. * Performance-based bonuses (no CTS or year-end bonuses). * Free access to **AI, CapCut, and digital tools courses**. * **Timely payments** via bank account (BCP).
