We are seeking a **Marketing Team Lead.** **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives. * Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives related to branding, content, performance, and communications. * Analyze marketing performance and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. * Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently. * Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment. * Supervise the creation and execution of marketing plans, calendars, and go-to-market launches. * Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence. * Manage external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners as needed. * Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. * Lead, mentor, and develop members of the marketing team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Graduate studies or certifications in marketing, growth, or digital marketing (preferred). * 4–6+ years of experience in marketing roles, including prior experience leading teams or initiatives. * Proven experience in planning and executing multichannel marketing strategies. * Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end campaigns and measuring results. * Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams. * Experience managing budgets, timelines, and priorities. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written). * Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and execution. * Experience with digital marketing channels (paid media, content, SEO, email marketing, social media). * Defining KPIs, tracking performance, and preparing reports. * Campaign planning and project management. * Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with analytics platforms and CRM systems. * Ability to translate business objectives into concrete marketing actions.
