Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with experience in the healthcare sector, uniforms and/or medical equipment, responsible for commercial management, prospecting, and customer follow-up. We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative with experience in the healthcare sector, uniforms and/or medical equipment to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales representative. * Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector. * An active customer portfolio is mandatory. * Experience selling uniforms, medical equipment, or related products. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to conduct commercial follow-up. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Commercial management primarily from the office (80%) and fieldwork (20%). * Prospect and acquire new customers. * Manage and expand the customer portfolio. * Follow up with potential customers and sales opportunities. * Prepare and track quotations. * Coordinate commercial visits and product presentations. (20% fieldwork). * Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and promote repeat purchases. * Keep customer and commercial opportunity information updated. Salary: PEN 2,000 to PEN 3,000 per month, depending on experience and profile. Work Location: Plaza Norte. Work Modality: In-person.
