Career progression opportunities within a restaurant group WAITER/WAITRESS We are a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Waiter or Waitress at our restaurants located in the district of Miraflores. Main Functions and Responsibilities: Provide warm and empathetic customer service, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. Develop suggestive sales of our products. Handle customer complaints and suggestions. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Candidate Profile Requirements: Education: Technical or university education preferred. Knowledge: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Windows). Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. Skills: Customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule. Immediate availability. Knowledge of meat cuts and wine. Proven service expertise. * Must be over 35 years of age. Benefits: Formal employment registration (MYPE regime). Bonus based on a points system.
