




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to supervise and coordinate daily dispatches, inspect equipment, and provide operational administrative support in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily dispatch coordination and supervision 2. Maintenance of order and control in the dispatch area 3. Operational administrative support and temporary replacements **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * None required. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or operations. * Prior experience supporting basic administrative tasks is desirable. * Experience in industrial, logistics, or commercial companies is especially valued. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry and tracking). * Ability to identify simple mechanical failures and report them. * Strong willingness to support various tasks within the department. * Motivation to work, learn, and contribute based on experience. * Availability for on-site and operational work. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate daily dispatches according to schedule. * Coordinate with drivers, operators, and other involved personnel. * Verify the proper condition of equipment. * Record dispatch and control information in Excel. * Maintain order and control in the dispatch area. * Provide operational administrative support, including temporary replacements during administrative staff vacations. * Assist with basic administrative tasks as required by operations. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Gross monthly salary: **S/ 1,800** * Daily transportation allowance: **S/ 6 per working day** * Formal employment registration – General Regime * Job stability * Positive work environment * 100% on-site work * Location: San Martín de Porres – Lima Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.1,900.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
