Operational leadership in the field and execution **Operations Manager – Logistics and Distribution** We are looking for an **Operations Manager** with strong leadership and execution capabilities to manage distribution, warehouse, and last-mile operations in a dynamic environment. **Position Objective:** Ensure operational efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution processes, guaranteeing on-time delivery, cost control, and appropriate performance of the operations team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and optimize daily distribution and warehouse operations. * Lead operational teams (messengers, warehouse staff, drivers), ensuring operational discipline and achievement of objectives. * Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (productivity, delivery times, service level). * Implement improvements in logistics and operational processes. * Coordinate with commercial, customer service, and administrative departments. * Manage operational incidents and execute corrective action plans. * Plan and supervise route and distribution resource allocation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership positions. * Desired experience in **courier companies, logistics operators, distribution firms, or retail with last-mile operations**. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to KPI achievement. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Operational leadership (in the field and in execution) * Conflict and team management * Analytical thinking applied to operations * Execution and follow-up capability **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the logistics sector. * Market-competitive remuneration, including all statutory benefits. * Professional development path.
