**OPERATIONS MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, International Business, or related fields, with solid academic training in logistics and operational processes. · Minimum 5 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or freight forwarding. · Strong knowledge of Incoterms, the General Customs Law, and tax regulations applicable to international trade. · Up-to-date knowledge of regulations issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC), SUNAT/Customs, and MINCETUR. · Experience handling perishable cargo (reefer) and mineral cargo. · Proficiency in FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) operations. · Knowledge and hands-on experience with MISLO and MIIO systems. · Experience managing performance indicators: KPIs and SLI (Supplier Logistics Indicator). · Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required (spoken, written, and reading). · Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. · Willingness to work on-site in Miraflores. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Maintain personalized service and customer loyalty. \- Lead, plan, organize, and control the freight agency’s administration in compliance with regulations and guidelines established by SUNAT–Customs. \- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, trade agreements, and all other provisions governing international goods movement. \- Promote adherence to the Taxpayer Identification Registry (RIT). \- Lead and coordinate the workforce to ensure proper execution of daily procedures and operations. \- Guarantee, through effective management and leadership, that all import/export shipments are completed accurately and on time. \- Manage SLI cargo. \- Monitor team productivity and develop initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. \- Address and resolve customer issues related to their cargo. \- Ensure operational compliance with established standards. \- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new customs regulations and proficiency in MISLO and MIIO systems. \- Handle FCL/LCL, bulk cargo, minerals, and reefer cargo. \- Manage project cargo and oversized cargo (machinery and rolling equipment). \- Identify training needs and opportunities to build a highly skilled operations team. \- Lead and optimize all elements of each process within international trade. \- Monthly end-of-month meetings with management to report monthly cargo movements. \- Coordination with management. **BENEFITS:** \- Market-competitive salary \- Career development path \- Service contract Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.5,000.00 – S/.5,500.00 per month Application questions: * Please provide your current mobile phone number and WhatsApp contact * How many years of experience do you have in this position?
