Job Description: We are looking for an **Operations Manager** to comprehensively lead the supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory control, and sustainable growth. **What We Are Looking For:** * A graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain. * Minimum 5 years as an Operations Manager, leading teams of over 200 employees. * Mandatory experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, or construction materials companies (or related sectors). * Proven experience in high-volume imports (steel, iron, and hardware). * Experience managing a high volume of SKUs (over 8,000). * Solid knowledge of demand planning and inventory control. * Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems. * End-to-end Supply Chain experience (international trade, warehousing, national distribution). * KPI management, continuous improvement, and digital transformation. * MBA or postgraduate qualifications in Operations / Strategic Management are desirable. * Willingness to work in Callao. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and optimize logistics and warehouse operations. * Manage imports and procurement. * Ensure inventory control and stock turnover. * Implement management indicators and improvement plans. * Coordinate with General Management and commercial departments. * Lead large-scale operational teams. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * 60% meal allowance coverage. * Career development opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * In which industries or sectors have you worked (industrial, commercial, services, etc.)? * What are your salary expectations?
