Position Summary: We are seeking a Waste Valorization Plant Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and evaluate production, optimize processes, and lead quality and environmental management. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineer, or related field. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. Minimum 1 year of experience in production as a supervisor or coordinator. Availability to work in VENTANILLA. FUNCTIONS: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate production results by balancing available productive resources at the plant. Establish production planning and manage weekly scheduling. Monitor waste inflow and outflow, and track their location within the plant. Coordinate on-site activities with personnel to perform cylinder inflation, cutting, washing, and painting, adapting them according to requirements. Rotate plant personnel according to service demand. Accurately record plant personnel work hours. Design, propose, and analyze optimal control methods for optimizing the production process. Measure and monitor progress, productivity, and production quality. Prepare and submit weekly production indicators reports. Assign personnel across plants. Rotate plant personnel according to service demand. Coordinate final disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Coordinate with the Transport Manager to execute services. Review transporter waybills to verify alignment with executed services and related service orders or contracts. Review personnel work-hour records prepared by the Operations Supervisor. Monitor all plants regarding order and cleanliness, as well as control over materials and equipment located at these plants. Dispatch commercially sold waste managed by the Commercial Department. Coordinate with the Administration and Finance Department for corresponding invoicing. Determine required resources (materials, equipment, personnel, facilities, etc.), define activity timelines, and coordinate timely with involved personnel both inside and outside the plant. Ensure plant processes are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, continuously advising and motivating plant personnel for improved task performance. Maintain machinery according to manufacturer recommendations. Submit daily activity reports, participate in follow-up committees, and provide plant performance information. Develop an activity-based costing system, resource utilization analysis, and performance indicators to support better operational and commercial decisions. Manage relevant controls and implement necessary modifications to procedures within the Quality and Environmental Management System, ensuring proper implementation at the plant.
